In the heart of Warren, Ohio, a culinary dream took root in the kitchen of Rhonda Baldwin-Amorganos. What began as a love for preserving the seasonal bounty from her husband’s garden soon filled shelves with vibrant jars of pickles, peppers, and relishes—each one a little celebration of flavor and tradition.

But Rhonda’s table was never just about jars. For holidays and family gatherings, she started creating abundant graze boards in her own home—layered with cheeses, charcuterie, fresh produce, and house-made pickled specialties. Those boards became the centerpiece of every celebration, bringing people together around food that was as beautiful as it was delicious.

From those family tables grew two intertwined passions: the art of preserving and the art of gathering. Delirium Pickling was born from that spark—rooted in hard work, creativity, and a deep love of sharing food with others. What started as a few jars and holiday boards has blossomed into a vibrant culinary brand, where handcrafted pickled goods and thoughtfully styled graze experiences tell the story of community, connection, and flavor in every bite.
